Reservations and accommodation
The management of Banski Holidays Ltd. undertakes to provide the services requested and paid for by the customer via online reservation, in full quantity and quality according to the information provided by the customer in the reservation form: customer name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.
All customer requests entered in the ‘Comments’ field of the reservation form will be accommodated whenever possible.
Only persons who have not reached the specified age on the date of arrival will be counted as children.
Persons under the age of 18 without an adult companion are not allowed.
Prices and payment
The prices on the website of Banski Holidays Ltd. are in euros (EUR), including VAT and tourist tax. The total amount payable by the customer is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.
When making online reservations, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking, or at the latest within the specified period after booking, by bank transfer.
Banski Holidays Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website based on demand and current availability. For reservations that have already been made, confirmed, and paid for, the amount due does not change, regardless of new price offers.
Cancellations and changes to reservations
In case of cancellation, non-use, or change of an already- paid online reservation by the customer, Banskio Holidays Ltd. will refund the amount paid upon request, charging the corresponding penalty:
Changes to reservations without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the date of accommodation.
Cancellations without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the date of accommodation, except for public holidays.
For changes or cancellations after this period, a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit is due.
When refunding the amount paid, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are at the expense of the customer. Refunds due to cancellation are made within 30 days, depending on the method of payment, and are refunded only to the bank account from which they were received.
Payment types
Payment can be made in two different ways:
1. By bank transfer
Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the deadline specified after booking. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the proof of payment to office@bojur.com, making sure to include the reservation number in the payment reference.

2. Cash/card at the reception desk of Banski Holidays Ltd.
For reservations with a check-in date within the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose cash payment at the reception desk in order to speed up the reservation processing.
PLEASE NOTE!
If the online reservation is not paid within the specified period and no copy of the proof of payment is submitted for bank transfers, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.
If you are unable to pay the amount for an online reservation you have already made, please notify us by email: office@bojur.com. Failure to comply with this condition entitles Banski Holidays Ltd. to seek liability and penalties for reservations made and not paid for.
Refunds
If the customer cancels their reservation under the above conditions, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the reservation.
Refunds for amounts paid by bank transfer can only be made to the bank account used for the payment. All bank charges for this transaction are at the customer’s expense.
Rights and obligations of the parties
Banski Holidays Ltd. undertakes to provide the customer with the full amount of the services requested and paid for by them.
Banski Holidays Ltd. undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
Banski Holidays Ltd. is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.
Amounts for services requested but not used in whole or in part through the fault of the customer are not refundable.
The customer assumes responsibility for complying with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are payable by the customer.
Banski Holidays Ltd. reserves the right to update the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide accurate and correct information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
When a customer makes a reservation, it is considered that they have read and agreed to these general terms and conditions. Reservations made by phone, email, or through our website are considered a contractual relationship. Payment is considered acceptance of the general terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.
For all disputes and legal issues not covered by these general terms and conditions and privacy policy and arising in connection with the use of the website www.bojurland.com, the mandatory provisions of the law of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
